moving what matters – starting with your muscles
Noxon was founded in June 2022 as a Spin-off of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
The driving force behind our creation stems from the personal struggles experienced by our founder, Maria Neugschwender, in dealing with her own back muscle issues.
According to the World Health Organization, 30% of the global population will face mobility limitations due to the increasing prevalence of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
Noxon‘s mission is clear: We aim to empower unstoppable motion for individuals with mobility challenges.
Through our innovations, we aspire to offer a new level of freedom of movement and comfort that far surpasses the capabilities of conventional mobility aids. Our approach involves pioneering bionic textiles, seamlessly combining precise muscle diagnostics with therapeutic electrical stimulation made possible through printed electronics.
We are constantly working on ideas, products, patents, collaboration projects and more.
